- Ownership of the goods herein vests in and remains the property of KROST SHELVING AND RACKING (PTY) LTD. (KROST) until paid for in full.
- Risk of damage or loss shall pass to the purchaser on receipt of goods.
- No claims for shortages, damages or discrepancies noted upon receipt of shipment approved by the purchaser if not confirmed/ accepted in writing, unless reported within 48 hours of delivery in writing.
- If there are shortages, damages, and/or discrepancies in transit must recorded by the Purchaser in writing on the delivery note and checked and signed by our driver or no claim acknowledged and accepted by the Purchaser.
- Goods returned are subject to return at our discretion and acceptance of such goods returned shall, without exception, incur a minimum handling fee of 15%. Goods returned must be in their original conditions when returned to the Purchaser.
- Should the client, after payment of any deposit to KROST in terms of the agreement of sale, for any reason whatsoever cancel the agreement of sale then, in such event, KROST shall have the right, in addition to any other right which it may have at law or in terms of the agreement of sale to:
- a) Refuse to accept the cancellation and claim payment of all amounts due and payable in terms thereof, or
- b) Accept the cancellation of the agreement of sale, return the deposit and claim damages from the client.
- All cheque payments and EFTs are subject to bank clearance and all cash deposit charges shall be payable by the purchaser.
- Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Any alterations and/or modifications to any items shall ensure a separate invoice, modifications will commence once paid in full.
- Any modification from original design after acceptance of order will be liable to a separate charge.
- The content or accuracy of an invoice questioned by the Purchaser within 30 days of the date of invoice. After this time, the invoice will automatically have considered to have been correct and accepted.
- Unless agreed upon in writing or you have an account with KROST manufacturing will only commence of receipt of deposit.
- Special items require a deposit before manufacturing commences.
